When you are ready to make a booking, phone to agree the available dates. We will hold your chosen dates for you for a few days to enable you to agree them with your family / friends / employer and then to send us your deposit.

Please be sure to give your name, address and phone numbers, the size of your party, and where you found us.

As soon as we receive your deposit cheque for £150 with the information requested on the "Contact Us" page, we will confirm the firm booking to you by post.

St Martin's is a non-smoking House. By sending your deposit, you are undertaking that none of your party will smoke anywhere on the property.

ST MARTIN'S  prices for weeks from FRIDAYS   

There is no separate charge for electricity and gas.   We provide duvets and pillows; please bring your own linen and towels.

There is a reduction of £50 of the rental charge for a consecutive second and subsequent week.

Lettings during the months of July to early September are normally from Friday to Friday. Outside this period, we are pleased to accommodate odd or short periods of a minimum of three nights starting any day to suit you. The short period rental is pro-rata to the daily rate plus £50. For example, four nights  would cost £270 in March or £378 in May.

Winter Short Stays between November and March, excluding the Christmas / New Year period, cost:
3 nights £215
4 nights £270
5 nights £325

New Year 2013 four or five nights stays  - for example:
Thu 29 Dec to Mon 2 Jan £450
Wed 28 Dec to Mon 2 Jan £550
